Daily rainfall through June 22.  Northeast Heilongjiang.  There was abundant rainfall in northeast Heilongjiang, a major rice and soybean area.  A large surplus (more than 4 inches) has developed and flooding may become a problem if the heavy rain continues into July. 

Soaking rain in June has increased surface wetness levels to the 95th percentile.  Additional rain is likely to cause flooding.
