Commodity Intelligence Report
Minimum temperatures in southern Ukraine approached minus 20 degrees Celsius in late January with adequate snow cover in place to protect winter wheat from frost damage. Winter barley and winter rape are less resistant to low temperatures, and both crops likely suffered frost damage in some areas.
