Commodity Intelligence Report
According to a report from the Ministry of Agriculture, 43 percent of the sown area for 2012/13 winter crops is either in weak condition or failed to germinate. Conditions are the worst since 2003, when two-thirds of Ukraine's winter crops failed to survive the winter.
