Commodity Intelligence Report
The fall sowing campaign in Russia was delayed by persistent wetness that extended beyond the planting window in the Central and Volga Districts. According to Ministry of Agriculture data, final sown area is 1.3 million hectares lower than last year and 2.0 million below the August forecast.
